similarly, you could use the adblock firefox extension to block just that image but keep all the avatars etc.

I think a negative vote still counts as a vote received so 2 negative votes will decrease your published tally by 2 but increase your votes received by 2 making the difference 4.

The people who do pirate bay are meant to be coming up with some youtube type clone. That should be handy.
