I agree with bizinichi. The guy knows who he is and is simply looking for someone complementary. If he came out actually pretending to be a ladies man, saying 'see you all you foxy girls down at the club' or something, then THAT would be funny. Since he doesn't do this, the only "funny" thing left is to laugh at the guy because you think he is a loser, and in my opinion that makes YOU the loser.
