"25% of the highest IQ's in India" is really the same as 25% of India's population. That is all. So why fret? Are we supposed to be combative: Western vs Asia? Technology is a wild card - always has been. Videosift is an outcome of the exponential, advances.

*fear. Okay, I don't have the seniority to give it that channel but this video suggests that technology is making what is learned obsolete and that that is something to worry about... when in fact we should always be learning. Upvote for the presentation and making me think.

Katrina's Hidden Race War

Submission by Theo Van Gogh

Upvoted because I have wondered what it was that made the filmmaker slaughtered. It is biting but nowhere near ridiculous as Fitna (couldn't get through the first 10 seconds as it was such a dismal, propaganda piece).

I don't think the film "fucking sucked" though he should have refrained from using the word "Allah" countless times. Was Theo Muslim? If not, does that cast a disrespectful light on him for such an obvious induced connection of religion with rape?

Between Time and Timbuktu - Kurt Vonnegut Jr. (1972)

... this is clearly a medley of Vonnegut's writings (e.g. Cat's Cradle, Welcome to the Monkey House) and is enjoyable as a time capsule of the early 70's as well. Knowing that the written word is stronger for sure, it is still worth the opportunity to watch (especially if you are sick at home ).

Okay, my dad really liked this film and has always mentioned it... meanwhile, I have had it in the back of my head that Vonnegut himself was not too pleased with the finished film (from what he writes in "Timequake"). I'm still watching this so I have yet to make up my mind...
