The Galaxy Tab S2 (and the iPad) has a 2048x1536 (not 1080p) screen, but it's not the resolution they're bragging about. Samsung uses OLED screens, which offer far better picture quality than IPS LED. The contrast, color reproduction, and viewing angles are way better than any IPS LED screen.

Display Mate rated the S7 screen rated as the best they'd ever tested. ([url redacted] I really want to get an OLED TV someday, but they're so expensive... Someday...

Calcium Carbide + H20 makes Acetylene gas, which is lit by a torch. You can find hundreds of videos of people doing this on youtube. Would be easier to do for real than to fake.

All lithium batteries can do this if hit with a hammer. Break the separator that keeps apart the cathode and anode and it will short circuit, resulting in it trying to release all of its energy at once.

To avoid this, don't hit a charged battery with a hammer.

I'm not sure how anyone could have thought this was a terrible thing? Lions have to eat meat, and animals will have to be killed for all their meals. If it wasn't a giraffe, it would be a cow. Is a giraffe's life more sacred than a cow's life? If so, why? Just because we are used to the idea of cows dieing for our food?

This is real life, and I don't think we should hide it from children. Shooting a giraffe in the head is brutal, but way less brutal than a bunch of lions biting it to death. If people aren't fans of feeding animals meat, then maybe they should be protesting against keeping carnivores in zoos.

Amazingly, the $500.00 T8X you linked is not this product. That is the "cheap" version. This one is the $2,950.00 T8 :-P.
