I've been getting them recently, but not immediately after the server upgrade. There was an issue with emails related to the new IP's, but that's been resolved now.

I get emails for comments and quotes, but I still cannot successfully use the "email" link under the video to send a link to someone else. No error gets thrown, but no email ever shows up at their box either. I've tried sending to hotmail accounts as well as some smaller ISP accounts, and neither one shows up.
