Misusing *long tag.
Remember people, *long is for videos longer than ten minutes (10:00 is fine I guess). Not less than ten minutes.

you got links, i will fix them.
Although there's been a tendency to permit it for 9...9.5 vids, eh?
JR: I already told the posters about the long tags.
It bothers me too when a video is less than 10 minutes and it gets a long tag, BUT you know what my real pet peve is, a video that's in like 6 channels. When the update in the sky comes along I think we will be restricting a video to no more than 3 channels so that people are forced to pick the ones where a video "really" belongs.
what about posts that are just under the 10 minute long rule but are documentaries split over several posts?
Michie: Good question, especially on YouTube. Not all long videos are documentary either.
i highly suggest allowing less-than-10:00 posts, split over multiple posts, to have the "long" tag. though the video isn't 10:00+ on this posts, it still shows someone that they're in for a long bit of video if they choose to watch the whole thing.
that being said, any other video that is less-than-10:00 long is not deserving of the "long" tag. if we're to include videos that are in the 9:00+ range, then simply change the rule for the "long" tag to 9:00+.
