Hi Napalm, the accepted host list can be found to the right in the sidebar ---> and also on the submit page.

We add new hosts to our growing list from time to time- we may add Super Deluxe in the future.

It is pretty much, unless you attain diamond level status - from then on you can submit from anywhere as long as it's Flash based video and doesn't violate the guidelines.
