sam harris defamed by glenn greenwald and reza aslan?

while i rather enjoy sam harris's lectures and criticisms of religion to be enjoyable, and "end of faith" to be a worthy read,i tend to disagree with harris when it comes to geopolitics and history.

as of late i have had to re-examine my respect for harris, because he is appearing more and more to be an apologist and opportunist.in my opinion he is becoming a one trick pony but is trying so hard to portray himself as a great thinker.

his myopic views in regard to islam is so single minded and narrow as to come across as almost as radical and extreme as the very religions he criticizes.

and i find his constant crying that he is being taken out of context is becoming tiresome.

well, humans are not so narrow in their scope.
gharksays...

Kinda sums up my thoughts on Harris. You can watch about 10-15 of his video's and you'll think he's fairly smart and has some good ideas. Eventually though, you'll realise he's always using the same arguments, and he tends to stereotype pretty heavily, specifically against those of the Islamic faith.
