I've always loved this song too - and its jazzy complex melody. It's a tough one to find/keep your key in. This is a nice rendition.

Zooey is awesome! Right at the start it didn't sound quite right, but after a few seconds she got into it and it really worked. Never heard her sing before, and I really enjoyed it.

Zooey has a fantastic voice. Love it.

I fell in love with her voice when she sang "Baby it's Cold Outside" on Elf!

She's not controlling the resonance too well. The high pitches are drastic compared to the mild mids and the lows.

Also her vibratos are inconsistent. Some parts she's implementing it, some parts she's not. And they differ in speed as well. Craft her techniques a little more and I bet she'll become a memorable one.

It is times like this when we are reminded just how hard to get all the little things right. And it prompts us to appreciate the true legends once more, like Ella Fitzgerald.
