People aren't obligated to explain downvotes - it's been an issue of contention in the past. People are welcome to add justification if they feel like it, but like I just said, it's not mandatory.

Having said that, I can hypothesize on a couple of reasons why people may not like it. Well, one would be the idea that they're "trying too hard" to be funny, which is essentially a specific way of saying "it doesn't rub a person's funny bone" the same way it 'rubs' others.

Another would be a hatred of Friends, or love of Friends (depending on whether you want to ignore them completely, or are upset at the parody).

Enough speculation though - I'm tired and sleepy now.
