Ron Paul Talks About the Economy on Morning Joe 1-27-09

On MSNBC's Morning Joe, Ron Paul answers questions about fixing the economy.
Psychologicsays...

One reason Ron Paul's views aren't very popular with many is that we live in a culture that believes that every problem can be fixed with action. People would rather spend money to prop up a failing company than letting it fail.

The value of things is determined by how much people are willing to pay for them. If people are only willing to buy a house at 50% of the original price then that is what that house is worth.

It really seems like many of the actions our government is taking to "save" the economy are suppressing the symptoms rather than addressing the causes. If a company is going to fail then you can't make them profitable by injecting more money into it.

they're all so condescending to him, and he maintains class.
what a wonderful opportunity that has slipped through our fingers... oh i'm gonna need Rafiki to help me get over this one!!!
damn you, old people, won't you just die already!! whose idea was it to put McCain on the ticket!?!?!

Irishmansays...

Ron Paul was the republican front runner for a very long time, he and Mike Gravel for the Dems were the only people telling the truth and willing to change America's foreign policy.

Now Brzezinski, 'Obama's brain' is running the show, which means they will move into Pakistan and Darfur to control the oil and gas going to Russia and China. These will be new wars fought under a banner of 'humanitarianism' instead of 'terrorism'. That's the Real Change you got America, well done.
