Richie Hawtin - We (All) Search

This entire music clip is actually a section from a old Russian film, that has a few special effects applied, but generally left untouched. Richie Hawtin was presented this as a pre-vis of possible visualizations, and loved it.

To him it represented exactly what he was trying to achieve with the record, showing how various tracks could be combined into something else entirely. Or in this case how a film clip from another medium and context can be used to convey something new entirely. The ideas of this video were refined and formed the basis of next video for The Tunnel.
