Which is kind of sad in it's own way. She choose favourites purely on political ideology. Isn't that how bush lost billions of dollars (that simply went missing, nobody knows where) in Iraq, screwed up FEMA (sure his only experience is with a horse club but he stands for the same things we do! I'm with Dyst on this. Have the rest of the family die, make him homeless and destitute, inflict him with several deadly diseases and THEN I will donate 20 bucks to the cause. Besides which, I'm willing to bet there are a few christian missionary's who are actually DOING something (even if they are preaching at the same time) who are more deserving of christian dollars. Getting them to donate to say, cancer or what not is obviously a waste of time.

If it's legit, Stephen Baldwin needs all teh exposure he can get from this. After all he is broke.

If it's not legit, it's awesome anyway.

I hope it's a fake/parody/whatever, because if real......I think he'd probably be murdered if this worked out and "restored" him (by restore Im assuming it means make him wealthy). Anytime I see one church who gives aid, food, and other free services to the needy (and the claiming to be needy)..which slowly fails financially because of it. Then see another church with the same views spring up a few blocks down the street in a bigger structure, huge parking area, and what not...then another a little further down..and another... all new. I can only assume this religion thing is a good business to be in, if you preach it but don't practice it.

Got an uncle that's kind of a big deal in the baptist community. He's about as untrustworthy a person can get without looking the part. And another cousin who did some work as a missionary (spread religion, not render aid) in China and the like......another *sarcasm* stand up guy *sarcasm*. While they don't deter me from considering the teachings of any and all religions....they surely show me that organized religion is not a place for those who expect good intentions from the people running the show.

I thought the idea was the people who are rich got that way because god loves them more than poor people (yes, many Americans actually believe this, that's why they don't want to spend money helping poor countries (the ones who would donate are almost certainly subscribers to this whacked out philosophy)). or

Holy shit nanrod, I think you're right. I actually did try the larger donations number a couple days ago, it was disconnected and I took that as another sign this is a parody. They've since replaced it with a mailing address. And going as far as I can with bullshit donation info shows a credit card payment system that appears to work. Jesus Christ.
