Could have been handled better on all sides, but damn, the guy was whiny as hell!

Is there a more polite way to say "please stop holding me sir"? He said "please", and he addressed the man as "sir".

He was perfectly reasonable. It's actually quite funny when he relents and gets the picture taken anyway, all the while explaining to him like he's a toddler, spelling it out for him why he won't be getting the photo he's looking for. Because you're a relentless, whiny little shit son

Which is more than I can say for his secret service. How was that guy able to get so close and complain for so long? The President wants some cheese!

Another instance when the video doesn't do justice to the event because it doesn't catch all the details.
