i sense that nintendo has taken notice that gamers have been sitting on their bums for too long! i really like that their games and controllers force the gamer to become interactive as well!

I'm the dissenting voice...I think the controller preference will go back once the initial novelty wears off. People will tire of constantly having to point that remote control thingy at the screen...that is, if they don't lose it first.

I'll have one on launch day, along with Red Steel or Twilight Princess.

I think that the 360 will continue to do fine. That said I will no doubt have both it and a Wii in a year or so. In the mean time my computer will continue to get the love it deserves

I pre-ordered my Wii the other day but in the UK we have to wait til the 8th December for launch!

Am still out on this console. I just bought the Nintendo DS and seeing how Nintendo implemented the usage of the stylus and touch screen shows promise in how they will handle the implementation of the nunchuck and motion sensor with the Wii.

But the thing is all the titles shown so far are really gimmicking and based around mini-games, like the Wii Sports + Rayman Raving Rabbids and olthers.

The only real titles to look forward to is Super Mario Galaxy, Red Steel and Zelda Twilight Princess. Other titles are multi platform titles. Am still wating to see the killer app of Wii, something on the level of Halo or Final Fantasy.

I say they should develop Paper Mario Wii.

I might get a Wii, but later on when other games come out. I haven't owned a console since Atari 2600. I did borrow a TurboGraphx 16 for a week.
