Mumbai Commuter Falls From Train.

"This was recorded in Mumbai 3 September 2008, on one of the local trains. The man who recorded this footage, along with his brother who was positioned beside the man who fell, are now too stressed to take the trains."

^how would he be better off if he didn't even have the choice to use a risky transportation method to get to work, and ended up starving to death because he lost his job and couldn't pay for food? its a risk hes taking but its a risk he choose to take because it was the best available option to him. to take away that option makes his situation even worse.

with regulation you might save a few from some sprained ankles or bruises, but you condemn thousands more to lower wages, unemployment, poverty, and perhaps even death.

Blimey who would have thought this could be dangerous?! India is an amazing place but just way too unregulated in so many ways.

I wish we were unregulated in such ways. I'm tired of laws that protect people from their own stupidity. Let's bring back natural selection!

he's hanging on too loose, sticking out nearly a foot further.

"now too stressed to take the trains"?
try being just stressed enough, to pay the extra whatever, to actually sit inside.
