Ichi the Killer is a 2001 Japanese film directed by Takashi Miike, based on Hideo Yamamoto's manga series of the same name.

Haven't seen the movie, but the manga was one of the most disturbing thing i've ever read. Quite good, but really hardcore / gross, and with some really fucked up things going on.
