It (also referred to as Stephen King's It) is a 1990 horror mini-series based on the Stephen King novel of the same name.
Fletchsays...

I thought it was a great movie, until the end (but I knew it was coming). Even worse than I imagined when I was reading the book. I had hoped they would sexy it up or something, but I swear I could see wires. Definitely needed some CG expertise.

Prosperosays...

Back in college some friends of mine tricked a guy into watching this (as he had previously mentioned a fear of clowns) and, when Pennywise came out of the background of the old photo of the town, I swear the guy almost had a nervous breakdown.

I didn't think it was funny, and I always thought my friends were jerks for doing it... you really shouldn't mess with people with issues like that.

Hmmm... does Tim Curry play Pennywise? There's a certain similarity to the facial structure.

Even if he considers himself McD's, he is truely a gourmet paradise of literary genius. He is just far to modest for his work. If you can read "The Stand" or "The Dark Tower" and consider him a "McDonalds" or literature, you need to re-read these things.

The Dark Tower is one of the ONLY 2 series I've ever read more than once excluding the Bible.

When Stephen King dies, I will cry.
