its pretty likely to be her son...she says "thats your brother" to someone sitting next to her (right near the end). i don't see how its sad at all. he's having a great time and the parents are enjoying it...they're not laughing at him.

What video were you watching? That kid is enjoying the hell out of otherwise tedious school activity. He's making the most of it and having a great time. If that were my kid, I'd be proud as hell.
