It's obviously the dad filming. He didn't want to miss filming any of the cool military shit.

Oh, man, that alternate angle video... At 0:43, trees are clearly falling on people and a crowd of adults is still cheering on the other side of the field!

Kids make good warning systems when all the adult are like: "Oh, shiny pretty metal bird". That kid is screaming as soon it hears that god damn freak of a helicopter because it probably knows it's gonna be a FAIL.

This incident is like some sort of allegory for the USA. Giant military hardware full of military guys hurts people while being filmed and others cheer. IT'S LIKE REAL LIFE.

Which is more disturbing: the disaster itself, or that you can hear idiots near the cameraman actually laughing about it as it happens?

I thought these things were permanently grounded due to massive safety issues... guess not. Its a cool plane for sure, but just a LONG string of bad events follow it.

Osprey has come a long way as far as safety concerns (and why not, it's only 20 years old...) but it is still a massive waste of money.

Winning hearts and minds once again.
