They guy in the car just committed a felony assault with deadly weapon. The skateboarder committed a misdemeanor.

More importantly, did they get his plate? Those longboarders are asking for injury riding like that but that motorist is asking for jail time.

Not that I support or condone what the driver did... I would prefer that roads are used for vehicles. Speaking as a motorcyclist who almost died cause of some stupid ass bicyclist pulling similar crap, riding their bike down the middle of the road.

When you have to get a license to ride the little board down the hill, then you can ride all over the roads trying to get me killed.

"Boarders" get no pity from me, they don't belong on the roadways holding up legit traffic, what is amazing to me is that the punks think they are in the right. Ride something down a hill without brakes and you get what you deserve...
